Fully owned and privately held, with a structure made up of businesses involved in the oil and gas production platform sector in Nigeria, with foreign clients refining with us and marketing worldwide.
Our portfolio is to market Nigerian oil and gas for foreign export to our clients’ customers globally, which includes strengthening the position of the multinational oil producer countries and their companies as producers of a variety of oils in both domestic and foreign markets, as approved by the board of directors.
We developed to establish ourselves as a significant participant, to collaborate in production, to acquire the output of the oil and gas industry, and to distribute a broad range of petroleum products to our foreign partners worldwide.

In our company, and for us to actualise our vision and mission objective, we have set for ourselves the following objectives.
To become an accredited oil and gas marketer for the NNPCL in Nigeria, for the purpose of exporting crude oil and gas from Nigeria as our investment hub, to our foreign client buyers acquiring from our company, to ship on FOB and CIF — Cost, Insurance and Freight — to our various buyers worldwide.
Timely and effective transfer of technology to Nigerian professionals in areas of methodology and approach where curriculum needs development, along with practical skills training for capacity building and development: in the areas of design, equipment and knock-down components and assembly, procurement and acquisition of onshore and offshore instrumentation and control equipment for the oil and gas platforms, construction, commissioning, and other imperative operations of state-of-the-art oil and gas facilities overseas.
